Practical information

Abstracts with odd numbers will be presented on 25 August, even numbers will be presented on 26 August. All poster presenters have been asked to keep their posters up during both days if possible.

All accepted abstracts will be published online with Frontiers in Neuroscience and thus will receive a DOI.

Oral Presentations
The Program Committee has selected a number of abstracts for oral presentations, which will be presented in the afternoon on August 26.

Preliminary poster measurements are W120 cm x H100 cm. The materials required for mounting posters will be provided.

Each demo station consists of a table, chairs, a poster board (120x100cm), electrical supply, and internet access.

Abstract submission is handled through Frontiers.

In collaboration with Faculty of 1000 we offer the possibility to have your poster hosted in their open access repository. Read more here.
